ACCEPTANCE
By placing and confirming an order with us or any member of our group you accept our Terms & Conditions.

PAYMENT
Goods are to be paid for in advance of delivery.

DELIVERIES
Deliveries are subject to a charge and are mainland GB only,  please check for current rate, and must be signed for on delivery.
Goods can only be left at the designated address.

Please note that carriers will not normally take goods longer than 4 metres and wider than 1 metre, and require good access. ( If a double decker bus sized vehicle can get to you this will make it easier for delivery ) larger items may require specilaised transport. We reserve the right to cancel an order if access is restricted by the carrier. Although we aim for  the carrier to deliver within 14 working days, carriers are increasingly unable to guarantee this on all occasions, we reserve the right to deliver within 28 days. Any delivery date given is advisory only and not guaranteed. A day time contact number is required at all times.

Please provide full delivery address including postcode, contact name and telephone numbers and details of any site restrictions which may affect delivery, we reserve the right not to deliver.

Do not schedule or commence any installation work until after you have received your order and checked all the goods for any defects or missing parts. This will enable you to resolve any technical questions or to order specific additional fittings as necessary. Any dates or times given are guidelines only and we cannot be help responsible for any losses financial or otherwise if the delivery dates are not kept.

ORDERING / MINIMUM QUANTITIES
When ordering please clearly state Product Code, Description and Quantity, ensuring minimum order quantity is adhered to, we reserve the right to decline orders under our minima, as stated per product. You may be offered the option to increase the order to our minima or cancel (see CANCELLED ORDERS). 

SUPPLY ONLY
We are a supply only company and and it assumed that by placing an order with any member of our group you have satisfied yourself that the product / item is correct for your needs or project. We are not responsible for incorrect orders and accordingly will not accept refund requests.

PRICES 
Any previously agreed customer discount will be refunded after delivery. Prices are correct at time of setting, and we reserve the right to change / amend prices or decline orders without notice .Our price promise offer is that if exact item and quantity is available on a UK website at a lower price we will match that price, applies to goods only. Excludes delivery, auction site such as ebay, private sales, special offers or discounts. Proof of lower price for exact product, quantity, and delivery must be submitted at time of purchase.

CANCELLED ORDERS
We reserve the right to charge up to £50.00 for any orders cancelled after the order cut off time to cover administration and/or delivery costs. Cut off time is 16:00 hrs. Refunds are not available for special orders or cut to size.

COLLECTION 
Unless otherwise stated all goods are delivery only.

NOTIFICATION OF CLAIMS
The seller shall be entitled to reject any claim for DEFECTIVE goods unless such a claim is notified in writing to the Seller within 48 hours of delivery, or, if the alleged defect is not immediately apparent, within such longer period as the seller may reasonably allow in the circumstances. The Seller shall be entitled to reject any claim for SHORTAGES or DAMAGE of the goods unless such claim is notified to the Seller in writing within 48 hours of the date of delivery of any consignment in which it is said a shortage has occurred. Upon collection of goods, the Seller shall be entitled to credit goods only which are deemed resalable.
The Seller will notify the Buyer within 48 hours of any rejections or discrepancies

 PHOTOGRAPHS / ILLUSTRATIONS / INFORMATION
All Trademarks, third party marks and logos are  the property of their respective owners. All photographs, logos and / or images are for illustration purposes only, unless otherwise stated. The rights of the owners are respected and they are used to illustrate products available for sale. Where a name is used and that product is unavailable an equivalent may be offered.

We try to ensure that all information displayed is correct and accurate.  It is displayed for informational purposes only.  We do not guarantee its accuracy and we do not accept the responsibillity for any errors, inaccuracies, ommissions or for any loss which might result directly or indirectly from reliance on the content it contains.  We reserve the right to correct or update content at any time without prior notification.

RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order within 7 days, please contact us for the return address as we use more than one supplier. Buyers are responsible for all costs/charges involved in returning the goods, this may be different and possibly higher than delivery costs, and we advise you to insure the goods. Goods must be returned in the same condition as delivered, including any and all packaging/protection. Any cuts, drill holes, shortfall in quantities, part used goods or boxed sets will invalidate this policy. Refunds may be made by cheque.

DISCOUNTS
Where a Discount or Special Offer is given this is on the strict understanding that it myt be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Discounts and or Special Offers are discretionary and may be time limited, have restrictions or not applicable in certain geographical areas or legislations, in the event of which we cannot be held liable for any losses, monetary or otherwise, that may occur.

HOW WE WORK
We are an internet based company and all orders, instructions or any form of communication must be by email.
This is for our mutual protection and to avoid any possible misunderstandings.

LAW
All contracts made between the Company and the Purchaser shall be governed by English Law and settled by arbitration or in a Court of Law, in either case this will take place in Bristol unless directed elsewhere by an English Court of law .
